Break the Silence

Break the Silence is a registered charity that provides free, professional counselling to survivors of childhood sexual abuse in North and East Ayrshire.

We aim to support people to find healing and growth through professional counselling after childhood trauma.

Our therapists are trained in a range of therapies, techniques and approaches which they will tailor to suit each individual, helping them find what feels right for their own journey towards healing.

Break the Silence is an accredited service, working to recognised standards for safety, ethics, and quality.
