Thinking ForWord Social CIC is an Ayrshire-based not-for-profit building free, accessible AI tools that help people across Scotland find local community and health services. Its main project is a free public service finder (in beta, working name Ask Isa) that answers in plain language, in over 40 languages, with voice input and read aloud, so it reaches people who face barriers with English, literacy or reading a screen. It works alongside social prescribing and community link working, and through its Gift Programme it gives its technology free to small community organisations. It is asset-locked to The Ayrshire Community Trust.
