Braveheart’s aim is to improve the health, function and quality of life for older adults in Forth Valley.
It’s all about keeping well for longer and we deliver a range of services including health mentoring and walking programmes to adults with or at risk of developing long term health problems, in particular coronary heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.
