SOHTIS takes a human rights approach to ending human trafficking in Scotland. Our mission is:

to prevent, identify and recover victims of human trafficking.

to encourage, enable and empower survivors as they rebuild their lives.

to advocate for the systemic changes needed to end the exploitation of trafficked people.
Our staff and volunteer team work with hundreds of victims and survivors of human trafficking across Scotland each year. We understand survivors complex and multiple needs, we amplify their voices and are key stakeholders in defending human rights and influencing human trafficking and other national policies which impact human trafficking.
