Scots Recovery from Childhood Abuse support adult (16+) survivors of childhood abuse, mainly sexual abuse through a variety of therapeutic and holistic services. As an organisation we are proud to be driven by lived experience and it’s at the heart of all that we do. We believe that we have some of the best therapists in Scotland, who provide the quality mental health care that you deserve. As a mental health collective, we assist clients by providing therapy, coaching, nutrition, activities and more. Our professionals create a unique recovery pathway for each client based on their individual needs, most of our services are available in-person at our 3 locations or online.
