ROAR operate a network of clubs, activities and projects that are designed to provide an opportunity to meet people, socialise and laugh whilst investing in your physical and mental health through our wellbeing programmes. We encourage self-management by reaching, understanding and supporting people to value wellbeing and social connections. We achieve this through offering a varied menu of social opportunities to laugh, learn and leave wanting more and a whole systems approach to busting the myth that falls are an inevitable part of aging through our #Stop1stFalls programme.
