The Royal College of Nursing is the world’s largest professional organisation and trade union for nursing staff, with members in the NHS and voluntary sector. We help shape national health policies, campaigning for our members on issues which affect patients’, and the country’s, health and wellbeing. With around 39,000 members in Scotland, we are the voice of nursing.
