We are a small voluntary organisation working across the Highland Region to improve the lives of people who are lonely and isolated and have experience of mental ill health; memory difficulties or dementia and for carers for people with dementia.
Our befriending services have helped improve the confidence, wellbeing and social belonging of hundreds of people in our communities.
Over 550 trained and supported volunteers have provided confidential 1-1 regular befriending in a variety of ways to best suit individuals.
