Knowledge Exchange Event – 15 November 2023
On 15 November, the Scottish Community Link Worker Network hosted its 4th Knowledge Exchange event. Fifty Community Link Workers attended to hear presentations and engage in Q&A with Chris Docherty, Community Engagement Co-ordinator at Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland and Louise Hall, Trainer in Self-Management at Pain Association Scotland The session facilitated greater understanding of a number of conditions including stroke, COPD, long Covid and chronic pain and the support that is available to help people cope with these.
