VHS is the national intermediary and network for voluntary health organisations in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to join our small, highly committed team in our mission to promote greater recognition of the voluntary health sector and support it to influence improvements in health policy and practice. You will have an excellent track record in policy and communications work and be capable of delivering consistently high quality work in a fast-paced working environment. You will plan and deliver an effective programme of policy and public affairs work, with a strong emphasis on engagement with VHS members and other external stakeholders. You will help shape and deliver VHS’s communication strategy, website, media and digital communications.
This is a full-time position based in Edinburgh. Salary scale: £27,303 – £29,740
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays. 6% employer contribution to pension. Death in service insurance.
