Neighbourhood Networks mission is ‘working with people in our neighbourhoods to support each other, to live independently in our own homes and to follow our dreams – together anything is possible’.
With a growing number of networks across Scotland, Neighbourhood Networks facilitates local networks of support for vulnerable people already living in their own homes or working towards that objective. The emphasis is on providing preventative models of support to vulnerable people and thereby avoiding critical intervention.
