VHS poster at the Faculty of Public Health Conference 2019

November 27, 2019

We will be presenting a poster on the impact of Arts, Culture and Heritage on people’s health and wellbeing at the Faculty of Public Health Conference 2019 on 28th and 29th November 2019. The poster showcases the work that VHS has carried out over the last few years to build bridges and strengthen dialogue between the arts and health sectors, and highlights how arts and culture can improve people’s health and wellbeing.

You can view the full poster here: What works in culture, health and wellbeing?

We would like to thank Cheyne Gang, Art Angel and Football Memories Scotland who were used as case studies for the poster. We also thank Artlink Edinburgh for designing the poster for us.

Alongside the poster we have developed a briefing paper which provides more detail and also includes case studies from Impact Arts and the Teapot Trust.
