The Open University Resources and Events

VHS and the Open University  plan to collaborate in 2016. Here we highlight some useful OU resources.

  • Centre of Excellence for Voluntary Sector Leadership: The Open University Business School (OUBS) is launching a new Centre of Excellence for Voluntary Sector Leadership (CVSL). The centre will provide voluntary sector organisations with access to free leadership development modules and research-led insight to help strengthen the core of the sector at a time of unprecedented uncertainty and challenge.
  • Knowledge Exchange Events. The Open University in Scotland are running a series of knowledge exchange events. To be kept informed of future seminars please contact Lauren Blair lauren.blair@vhscotland.org.uk The first seminar held in Edinburgh on the 24th November was on Mental Health and Social Support. Presentations from this event can be found here.
