Paul J Okroj is Director External Stakeholder Engagement & Service Development, Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland and joined the VHS Board in November 2023. Paul has 20 years experience of leadership and senior management experience at a strategic management and board level.
Paul has a specific interest in reducing isolation and loneliness in Scotland and is current Chair of Volunteer Scotland and member of the Board Governance Sub Group. Paul is a member of the Scottish Government National Advisory Group on Isolation and Loneliness and Co-Chair of the Action Group on Isolation and Loneliness in Scotland.
