NHS Highland has published its report on the first year of its community link worker project in Highland North which is delivered by Change Mental Health.
Dr Tim Allison, Director of Public Health for NHS Highland commented:
‘the CLW service has been welcomed by individual GP practices as a valuable addition to their multi-disciplinary teams and I hope the report gives an insight to how the service has been operating in the first year.’
The report covers the period from 1st May 2022 to 31st April 2023 and provides an insight into the first full year of the service as well as providing recommendations for the service’s future development.
To showcase their service, the team has has also produced a short-length video and a full-length video
