Following on from the VHS annual conference in November 2018, we held a small round table on 4th February 2019, as part of our commitment to “keep the conversation going” on culture, health and wellbeing. Read the note of the meeting below.

Next steps
VHS will share these notes, reach out to other organisations mentioned in discussion, including Scottish Government, and collaborate to influence relevant policy agendas, including the forthcoming Culture Strategy. Since the round table took place, VHS has been invited by Arts and Health Scotland to partner with them for their planned development day, which will take place on a date in early May 2019 to be announced.
Please note that VHS’s next event on culture, health and wellbeing (with Scottish Rural Health Partnership) in Inverness on 26th March booked up almost immediately, and we have a significant waiting list for places.
