The Scottish Community Link Worker Network brought together Community Link Workers from across Scotland on 13th September 2023 for the Network’s latest peer support event. Discussions at this session focused on overcoming current challenges in their role and training and support opportunities. The event featured short introductions from Leeanne Killen, Primary Care Development Manager at North Ayrshire Health and Social Partnership and Erika Copland, Community Link Practitioner from Voluntary Action Orkney. The delegates were then assigned to smaller breakout rooms to enable more in-depth discussions and informal networking with other CLWs from across Scotland.
