We are the national intermediary and network for voluntary health organisations in Scotland
Funded by the Scottish Government and delivered by Shared Care Scotland £1.2million is now available to voluntary organisations to develop additional, responsive and creative short break opportunities for disabled children, young adults and their families. Grants of up to £50,000 are available from April 2013.
The deadline for applications is 12 noon 12th December 2012. More information at Shared Care Scotland.
