The Lothian Branch of BackCare, which is run by volunteers, offers its members an opportunity to meet others in their area with back problems, exchanging ideas and information. We aim to give our members practical help through warm water exercise sessions.
If you or a friend suffer from back pain, contact us to find out more. Joining BackCare will provide you with support, information and practical ways of dealing with back problems. All of us have experienced back problems so you may well find it helpful discussing your own situation with fellow sufferers and be able to fnd out more about treatments and practitioners in the vicinity who could help you.
Just talking to someone who understands can make all the difference.
