Voluntary Health Scotland had the opportunity to host a panel session on day 1 of SCVO’s The Gathering 2026. We welcomed 90 attendees and our session, chaired by VHS Chief Executive Tejesh Mistry, featured:

- Susan Hunter, CEO, Befriending Networks
- Dr. Carey Lunan, GP Chair, Scottish Deep End Project
- Celia Tennant, Chief Executive, Inspiring Scotland
We were also joined by Tony Channing, practicing Community Link Worker in Stirlingshire, and Kainde Manji, CEO of Stirling Voluntary Enterprise (SVE), who commented on prevention and the role it plays in their respective roles and organisations.
