*This event is aimed specifically at Community Link Workers who are working directly within a Primary Care setting in Scotland and who would be interested in understanding how to demonstrate their impact on tackling health inequalities. Managers/Programme Leads for these Community Link Workers are also welcome to attend.***

Following on from our successful workshop for Community Link workers in 2021, Evaluation Support Scotland (ESS) and Voluntary Health Scotland (VHS) are holding a second joint learning workshop to help Community Link Workers explain and measure their work by drawing on the ESS resource Recognising our rich tapestry.

This session may appeal to you if you are keen to review how you currently evaluate your work. Perhaps you are wondering:

“How can I show that my work has stopped someone going into crisis?”

“Counting the number of people we help doesn’t show the full picture of our impact. How can I show the breadth of my impact?”

“What kind of evidence should I collect to show our contribution to health inequalities?”

“How can I help others better understand what difference we make?”

At this event we will:

Share with you some key steps from our resource: “Recognising our rich tapestry: measuring the contribution of third sector organisations to tackling health inequalities”

Provide an opportunity to reflect on what this means in relation to your work

Create space to share experiences of evaluation with other Community Link Workers

• Better understand where to go for more information/support
• Better understand how to demonstrate your impact on health inequalities
