NEW DATE
As our September meeting was postponed- this is the new AGM date. As the date changed we have had to change the meeting topic and speakers. The meeting covering unpaid carers will take place at a later date confirmed shortly. Anyone booked on the previous event will automatically be registered for this date.
Communities and Health Inequalities
We invite you to join us on the 19th October for the next meeting of the Cross Party Group on Health Inequalities. This meeting will take place online via Zoom.
The meeting will take place from 6pm to 7.30pm and will be chaired by Co-Convenor Paul O’Kane MSP.
This meeting will form the AGM for the group before we move to our business meeting. We are delighted to confirm our speakers for this meeting:

Laura Wilson, Practice & Policy Lead, Royal Pharmaceutical Society Scotland
We will explore the role of communities in tackling health inequalities. We will the discuss the post Covid-19 response and the way health in communities adapted, learned and collaborated. What can be done now to actively continue support in light of the cost of living crisis and the impact on health?
