**These events are aimed specifically at Community Link Workers who are working directly within a Primary Care setting in Scotland**
To support Community Link Workers’ (CLWs) wellbeing and to enable CLWs to share learning and good practice, the Scottish Community Link Worker Network is hosting this event to bring together CLWs to talk about the tools and resources currently available to support the role.
To encourage discussion and sharing of good practice, we will go into smaller breakout groups to allow CLWs time to network with their peers and find out more about each other’s work.
