The Scottish Community Link Worker Network will be holding a knowledge exchange event on Thursday 1st September from 10am – 12pm.

With the current cost of living crisis and the sharp rise in energy bills we know that community link workers will be seeing many who are struggling to meet their household costs.
You will be able to listen to speakers from two organisations:
Social Security Scotland will provide an overview of the benefits they deliver and eligibility for these
The Energy Saving Trust will talk about the support they provide to tackle fuel poverty and help people manage their energy bills
This will be followed by open discussion with the presenters and the other attendees at the event.
