The third-year report for the Community Link Worker (CLW) Service in NHS Highland has been published. The report covers the period between 1st July 2024 and 30th June 2025. The report showcases key data insights, case studies, patient and GP practice staff feedback, plus highlights, challenges and priorities for the year ahead.
