Event Navigation

***This event is aimed specifically at Community Link Workers who are working directly within a Primary Care setting in Scotland. Managers/Programme Leads for these Community Link Workers are also welcome to attend.***
This event will take place online on Zoom.
Our 6th Knowledge Exchange event will take place on Wednesday 24th April from 10am – 12pm.
Our Knowledge Exchange events are a really great opportunity for Community Link Workers to hear from organisations that can support them in their work and engage in Q&A and discussion with them.
We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by three speakers on the day:
Anne Garry is an Independent Living Worker from Sight Scotland Veterans which supports veterans experiencing sight loss and those who care for them. She will provide an overview of their services and how to refer someone to them.
Maureen Hunter is Engagement Officer for Scotland at The Stroke Association. Maureen will talk about the impact and effects of stroke and the support for stroke survivors and their carers.
Rebecca Bentley works for GamCare as the Gambling Awareness and Prevention (GAP) Programme Engagement Team Lead. She will explain more about the GAP programme and the training and support it provides.
Book your place here.
Please contact Lauren Blair if you have any further questions.
