Scottish Community Link Worker Network – February Peer Support Event 2023
08/02/2023 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Event Navigation
***These events are aimed specifically at Community Link Workers who are working directly within a Primary Care setting in Scotland***
To support Community Link Workers’ (CLWs) wellbeing and to enable CLWs to share learning and good practice, the Scottish Community Link Worker Network is hosting this event to bring together CLWs to talk about the tools and resources currently available to support their health and wellbeing.
You will have the opportunity to hear about the importance of peer support and the different tools CLW programmes use to support their link workers. To encourage discussion and sharing of good practice, we will go into smaller breakout groups to allow CLWs time to network with their peers and find out more about each other’s work.
We will explore the following questions in the breakout groups:
• What support is currently available for your wellbeing?
• What works for you?
• How does peer support assist you?
• What is best practice in peer support?
• How have Covid -19 restrictions impacted peer support?
• Is there other support you would like that you don’t currently receive?
Book your place here.
