***This event is aimed specifically at Community Link Workers who are working directly within a primary care setting in Scotland. Managers/Programme Leads for Community Link Workers are also welcome to attend.***

This event will take place online on Zoom.

Our knowledge exchange events are a great opportunity for Community Link Workers to hear from and engage with organisations that can support both them and their patients.

In our 9^th event, you will hear speakers from Scottish Partnership for Palliative Care, Breast Cancer Now and Making Music.
