***This event is aimed specifically at Community Link Workers who are working directly within a primary care setting in Scotland***.
This event will take place on Zoom.
This event is designed to be part of a regular lunchtime catch up to give CLWs from across the Scottish Community Link Worker Network a chance to hear from their peers, learn more about each others’ programmes and share learning and good practice.
We will ask a couple of CLWs to share a project, a piece of learning or a challenge with the group, before going into smaller breakouts to further Q&A and discussion.
