DESCRIPTION:With Health promising to be one of the key battlegrounds ahead of May’s Scottish Parliament elections\, British Heart Foundation Scotland would like to invite you to attend a series of open interviews Holyrood magazine will be hosting with the health leads for the SNP\, Scottish Labour and Scottish Conservatives. \nAhead of the publication of our Health Manifesto Special Issue\, Mandy Rhodes Managing Director of Holyrood Magazine will be interviewing Shona Robison MSP\, (Cabinet Secretary for Health\, Wellbeing & Sport\, Scottish Government and SNP)\, Jackson Carlaw MSP (Deputy Leader and Health Spokesperson\, Scottish Conservatives) and Jenny Marra MSP (Spokesperson for Equality\, Scottish Labour). \nThe events will last for approximately ninety minutes\, with refreshments available from 8:30am and the interviews starting at 9:00am. There will be the chance to open up the interviews to questions from the floor\, and attendees will be invited to submit questions on arrival. Audit Scotland is keen to strengthen its engagement with the third sector as an important stakeholder in health and social care\, and VHS is coordinating this workshop on behalf of the Third Sector Health and Social Care Advisory Group. This builds on the discussion VHS organised with Audit Scotland during the audit process itself. The workshop will enable Audit Scotland to present the report to voluntary\, community\, social enterprise or housing organisations involved in the integration agenda.
