SUMMARY:SCLWN - Peer Support Session for Community Link Workers
DESCRIPTION:**This event is for Programme Leads and Community Link Workers in Primary Care settings in Scotland.** \nCommunity Link Workers can only help others if they are also looking after their own health and wellbeing. This session which will be led by Hilda Campbell from Cope Scotland will focus on how Community Link Workers can look after themselves. The session will include awareness of selfcare ideas to maintain your own wellbeing as well as discussion some resources that you can also share with your clients. The objectives of the session include experiencing a mindfulness practice\, the opportunity to share challenges to selfcare with your peers and address these challenges. You will also hear about some tools to support your selfcare and we will undertake a reflective activity creating your own jigsaw lid for wellbeing. \nMore information and book your place here.
