DESCRIPTION:***This event is aimed specifically at Community Link Workers who are working directly within a primary care setting in Scotland***.  \nThis event will take place on Zoom. \nThis event is designed to be part of a regular lunchtime catch up to give CLWs from across the Scottish Community Link Worker Network a chance to hear from their peers\, learn more about each others’ programmes and share learning and good practice. \nWe will ask a couple of CLWs to share a project\, a piece of learning or a challenge with the group\, before going into smaller breakouts to further Q&A and discussion. \nPlease book your place here. \nFor more information\, please contact Roisin Hurst.
